Acceptance of Terms of Usage

This Site contains graphics, photographs, images, document layouts, artwork, text, fonts, music, software tools, and other information (referred to herein as “Content”). This Site and all Content are the copyrighted property of Sonic Prints, and/or its subsidiaries (referred to herein as Sonic Prints) or the copyrighted property of parties from whom Sonic Prints has licensed such property. All rights in this Site and its Content are reserved worldwide. It is strictly prohibited to retain, copy, distribute, publish, or use any portion of the Content except as expressly allowed in these Terms of Use. Sonic Prints reserves the right to add to, delete from, or modify any part of Content at any time without prior notice. Sonic Prints provides no warranty of any kind that logo designs created using the design tools will not infringe, or be subject to a claim of infringing, the trademark or other rights of another party. It is solely your responsibility to obtain the advice of an attorney regarding whether the logo design is legally available for your use and does not infringe the rights of another party.

Use of Site

You are granted permission to access and use this Site and its Content for the sole purpose of preparing, evaluating, and ordering products or services solely through Sonic Prints (referred to herein as “Products”). No other download, retention, use, publication, or distribution of any portion of the Content is authorized or permitted. Obtaining Products from Sonic Prints does not entitle you to use any portion of Content apart from the finished Products as they are supplied by Sonic Prints.

You agree to use this Site in a responsible manner that is in full compliance with these Terms of Use and with your local laws and regulations, including export and import regulations. Without limitation, no portion of Content may be utilized as a trademark or service mark, for any pornographic use, for any unlawful purpose or use, to defame any person, to violate any person’s right of privacy or publicity, to infringe upon any copyright, trade name, trademark, service mark or other intellectual property right of any person or entity. You agree that you will not use the Site to produce Products that are offensive, unlawful, harassing, libelous, threatening, harmful, obscene, malicious or otherwise objectionable. Sonic Prints may terminate its service to customers found to be using Sonic Prints to engage in undesirable activities.

You are solely responsible for your use of Content in combination with any other images, graphics, text, or other materials you incorporate into your Products. You agree that you will not include any text, image, design, trademark, service mark, or any copyrighted work of any third party in your Products unless you have obtained the appropriate authorizations from the owners. You warrant that your Products do not infringe upon any rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, right of publicity or privacy, and will not libel or defame any third party, and that you have all required rights or permissions necessary to incorporate third party material into your Products. By placing an order on this Site, you warrant that you have all necessary permission, right and authority to place the order and you authorize Sonic Prints to produce the Products on your behalf.

You may not use this Site to send or use e-cards in any manner that would constitute the transmission of Spam or unsolicited e-mails. You may not use scripting or other programs to automate the creation and/or transmission of e-cards. Sonic Prints reserves the right, in its sole discretion, at any time, and without prior notice, to limit the number of recipients to which you may send an e-card and/or limit the number of e-cards that you may send. You agree that you are responsible for protecting your password and controlling access to your registered account. You agree that you will be responsible for all orders placed or other actions that are taken through your registered account.

Security

www.sonicprints.com website ("Website") is an Internet-based content and e-commerce portal, a company incorporated under the laws of India. Use of the Website is offered to you conditioned on acceptance without modification of all the terms, conditions and notices contained in these Terms, as may be posted on the Website from time to time.

User Account, Password, and Security

You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the Website's registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to immediately notify Sonic Prints of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Sonic Prints cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section.

Privacy Policy

The User hereby consents, expresses, and agrees that he has read and fully understands the Privacy Policy of Sonic Prints Website. The user further consents that the terms and contents of such Privacy Policy are acceptable to him.

PRINTING ERROR RESOLUTION

Sonic Prints does not check any submission for spelling, grammar, or any other errors. The design will be printed as it appears during the approval step. It is your responsibility to ensure that all materials submitted for printing are formatted correctly.

Standard File Review

Before you approve a file for printing, make sure that your design does not have errors prior to print that will result in a bad print product. Our file specialists will review files for the following common errors (but ultimate responsibility to check such errors is yours):

• Full bleed
• Text and content out of zone
• Spot UV alignment

Other errors our file specialists will not check for include but are not limited to the following:

• Spelling Errors and typos
• Colour out of gamut
  
  
  

  Limited Warranty for Products Ordered

  Sonic Prints guarantees prints you order and pay for will be in accordance with CMYK industry standards for pleasing colour. We offer no guarantee of "match-print" colour fidelity and cannot prevent slight colour shift throughout an order. Sonic Prints does not guarantee colour will match the preview as it appears on a customer's monitor, because monitor colours vary. Sonic Prints is not responsible for any colour shift that occurs in conversions from RGB to CMYK colour modes. We recommend all custom designs be designed in CMYK and uploaded in CMYK. You may also upload in RGB if you choose, but the colour will be converted to CMYK and may not be accurate.
  
  
  Orders will not be defective due to printing errors, coating errors, cutting errors, or bindery errors if they were designed within Sonic Prints design specifications. You may not be able to print or write on the product after purchase. Sonic Prints' products are often coated and can be difficult to print on. UV-coated products cannot be printed on, while matte-covered products may require commercial printers.
  
  

  Shipping

  Sonic Prints will arrange for shipping with a reputed carrier. Sonic Prints will not be responsible for the delay in delivery, loss while the order is with the shipping carrier.
  
  

  DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

  Sonic Prints must be contacted via e-mail at info@sonicprints.com or by phone at 8056022153 within 7 days of receiving your order.
  
  

  Miscellaneous

  These Terms of Service are not assignable or transferable by you without the prior written consent of Sonic Prints. These Terms of Service (including all of the policies and other Agreements described in this Terms of Service, which are incorporated herein by this reference) contain the entire understanding of the parties regarding its subject matter, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings between the parties regarding its subject matter.
