Once your order is placed and payment is successfully received, it will be processed for printing. The processing time typically takes 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), depending on the complexity of the order and our current workload.

Shipping Time:
After your order is processed and printed, it will be shipped via our trusted carriers. Delivery time varies based on the shipping method chosen and your location. Below are estimated shipping times:

• Domestic Shipping (India): 3-7 business days
• International Shipping: Varies based on destination (typically 7-21 business days)

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen factors like weather conditions, customs delays, or other disruptions beyond our control.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You can view the shipping costs before finalizing your purchase.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information, so you can track your order’s status and estimated delivery date.

While we work with reliable carriers, we are not responsible for delays or damage during transit caused by the shipping company. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

Address Accuracy:
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. Sonic Prints is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Shipping Carrier:
We use trusted carriers, including India Post, DTDC, Blue Dart, and others, to ship orders. Sonic Prints reserves the right to choose the most suitable carrier based on the order’s size, weight, and destination.

International Shipping:
For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply, depending on the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Sonic Prints does not cover any customs or import duties. Please check with your local customs office for more information regarding fees and regulations.
